You will take full ownership of the sales function building a repeatable GTM process to accelerate expansion across the healthcare sector. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle refining value propositions and coaching a high-performing team. You will personally manage strategic accounts while scaling operations to reach thousands of new providers.

The ideal candidate:

- Extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership within a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment.

- Proven track record of building sales playbooks and managing high-velocity SMB or mid-market sales cycles.

- Highly data-driven leader with excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire a team under pressure.
