Job Summary

*Drive end-to-end travel coordination including hotel bookings flight arrangements transfers and excursions ensuring zero operational gaps.

*Build and deliver accurate competitive group quotations covering accommodation transportation and full tour packages.

*Manage visa processes advising clients on documentation requirements and application timelines.

*Provide destination expertise including travel regulations itinerary planning and budget-aligned recommendations.

*Maintain direct communication with hotels airlines and suppliers to secure timely confirmations and resolve issues fast.

*Handle client inquiries with precisionanticipating needs addressing concerns and escalating only when necessary.

*Ensure all client files invoices and confirmations are documented and delivered with professional accuracy.

Requirements

*Minimum 1 year in travel agencies tour operations or hospitality environments.

*Bachelors degree in Tourism Hospitality or related field (preferred).

*Proficiency with reservation systems and booking tools.

*Strong command of itinerary planning and travel logistics.

*Solid understanding of visa requirements and submission processes.

*High attention to detailno tolerance for booking or pricing errors.

*Strong communication and client-facing confidence.

*Organized punctual and capable of managing multiple cases in parallel.
