Requirements
Montessori Toddler (03) Certification from AMI AMS or MACTE (Required)
Minimum 1 year experience in a Montessori or early-childhood setting (Preferred)
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Preferred)
Strong observation communication and classroom-management skills
Ability to create a joyful safe and inclusive environment
A positive role model with a passion for continual learning and growth
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and compliance with childcare licensing requirements.
This role may involve physical activity including the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and engage in floor-based work with young children. Reasonable accommodations may be made under the ADA.
