Job Summary

Are you a passionate Montessori Toddler Guide ready to inspire young children and bring joy into their earliest discoveries Our school is seeking a warm creative and dedicated Toddler Lead Guide to join a close-knit Montessori community in Colorado where collaboration curiosity and respect for the child are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role you will lead a beautifully prepared classroom for children aged 18 months to 3 years supported by a trained assistant. Every day you will help children grow socially emotionally and intellectually in an environment that celebrates independence kindness and hands-on learning.

If you are energized by the magic of the toddler years and love creating meaningful learning experiences wed love to meet you. This is an immediate-start opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing community-oriented school.



Requirements


Montessori Toddler (03) Certification from AMI AMS or MACTE (Required)
Minimum
1 year experience in a Montessori or early-childhood setting (Preferred)
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
(Preferred)
Strong observation communication and classroom-management skills
Ability to create a joyful safe and inclusive environment
A positive role model with a passion for continual learning and growth

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and compliance with childcare licensing requirements.
This role may involve physical activity including the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and engage in floor-based work with young children.
