Clock Tower Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage based in Winter Garden Florida. They help clients across the buying and selling process of residential property offering localized expertise marketing support and client education.
Clock Tower Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations and client communication. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries input and maintain property data and ensure the smooth flow of information across our internal systems. This role requires strong communication skills accuracy and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information regarding property listings appointments and general real estate services.
Coordinate with agents to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
Maintain a positive and service-focused attitude in all interactions.
Accurately enter and update property details client information and transaction records into CRM systems.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information is organized and accessible.
Assist in preparing reports spreadsheets and documentation as needed.
Review data for errors inconsistencies or missing information.
Schedule appointments showings and follow-ups on behalf of agents.
Support marketing tasks such as uploading listing photos and updating property descriptions.
Handle basic administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
No experience needed we will train and training is paid
Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time-management skills.

Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent No experience needed we will train and training is paid Strong typing skills (for example minimum 4050 wpm) with high accuracy. Excellent attention to detail proofreading ability and organizational skills. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook; comfortable working with scanning software and document-management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
