How Youll Make an Impact

Lead cross-functional project teams and define execution strategies.
Oversee project planning scheduling and progress tracking.
Monitor project financials: invoicing cost control and cash flow.
Identify and manage risks while pursuing opportunities.
Ensure successful project handover and customer acceptance.
Coordinate procurement and manage supplier relationships.
Support contract negotiations claims and change management.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Promote health safety and environmental compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Your Background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector.
Skilled in navigating complex contractual setups with clients and partners.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
Influential communicator with leadership presence.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
Familiar with risk schedule and change management.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a focus on results and collaboration.

Votre Impact

Diriger des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires et définir la stratégie dexécution.
Superviser la planification le suivi et le contrôle de lavancement.
Gérer les aspects financiers : facturation coûts trésorerie.
Identifier et gérer les risques tout en valorisant les opportunités.
Assurer la remise du projet et lacceptation client.
Coordonner les achats et gérer les relations fournisseurs.
Soutenir les négociations contractuelles les réclamations et les changements.
Être linterlocuteur principal des clients et parties prenantes internes.
Promouvoir la conformité en matière de santé sécurité et environnement.
Contribuer à lamélioration continue des processus dexécution.

Votre Profil

Diplôme dingénieur (Bac5) ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets EPC dans lénergie ou lindustrie.
Maîtrise des environnements contractuels complexes.
Excellente organisation et capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes.
Leadership affirmé et sens de linfluence.
Maîtrise de langlais et du français à lécrit comme à loral.
Compétences financières et sens commercial.
Bonne connaissance de la gestion des risques des plannings et des changements.
Expérience avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Esprit proactif orienté résultats et collaboration.
