Job Summary
Location: Bucharest/Sibiu
Key responsibilities:
Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate in fast turnaround time.
Responsible for Information gathering and data consolidation of each quote request.
Handle incoming quotation requests including overseas requests.
Dealing with internal queries in a professional client-oriented manner. Establish and maintain good relationship with decision-makers internal stakeholders.
Responsible for QA process.
Any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned by the management or superior as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Communicative level ofGermanandEnglishlanguage
Excellent attention to detail
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Great networking and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels within the organization.
Self-starter who displays ownership and drives to completion
