- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments including job posting screening interviewing salary negotiation and offer generation.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and manage administrative tasks related to employee departures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies procedures and provide overall support.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong experience in full-cycle recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Understanding of sourcing techniques recruiting best practices and employment law related to hiring.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
