Position Description:

As the Manager DevOps you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and maintaining cutting-edge systems across PARs SaaS product lines. You will champion DevOps principles across development teams driving innovation operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance ensuring our infrastructure and deployment practices are robust scalable and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

oDefine and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with product and engineering goals.

oLead cross-functional initiatives to embed DevOps practices across the SDLC.

oDrive adoption of LEAN Agile and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Team Management

oMentor and grow a team of DevOps engineers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

oConduct performance reviews set development goals and manage resource allocation.

Technical Oversight

oArchitect and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Jenkins and other tools.

oGuide infrastructure automation using IaC tools like Terraform Bicep CloudFormation and ARM templates.

oEnsure robust monitoring logging and alerting using Azure Monitor Application Insights Datadog or Grafana.

oLead container orchestration efforts using AWS EKS and support hybrid environments (Windows/Linux).

oOversee cloud infrastructure operations cost optimization (FinOps) and security best practices.

Operational Excellence

oChampion automation of operational tasks using PowerShell Bash Python and AWS CLI.

oEstablish and refine incident response protocols and system reliability practices.

oCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevOps into product delivery.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

10 years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Deep expertise in AWS services (EKS Lambda RDS S3 etc.) and cloud-native architectures.

Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile applications.

Strong understanding of Kubernetes containerization and infrastructure automation.

Proficiency in scripting languages and automation frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics.

Experience supporting SaaS products in cloud environments.

Experience with database administration and performance tuning.

Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible DSC).

Understanding of DevSecOps and Zero Trust architecture.

Background in cloud cost analysis and FinOps practices.

Prior experience leading DevOps teams delivering complex SaaS solutions.
