About this role

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will be an integral member of the Marketing & Communications team assisting with the delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns communications digital media branding and expos as part of the wider businesss strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager you will be the key driver in promoting Northline conveying news and information to customers and employees as well as managing the day-to-day marketing activities.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Creating engaging content to promote Northlines services across print and digital channels including website LinkedIn EDMs print and digital advertising.
  • Developing and implementing a range of communications to inform internal and external audiences.
  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of digital marketing components including advertising Search Engine Optimisation EDMs journey automation and CRM/data management.
  • Briefing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Developing new marketing material in accordance with Northlines style guide including concept development copy and layout changes.
  • Managing the research and coordination of various expos conferences and relevant industry events including registrations and reporting on return on investment.

Experience skills and attributes we need from you:

  • Qualifications in Marketing Communications Media or related field.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare communications for a range of audiences and channels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools including social media platforms web content management systems and reporting.
  • Proficient in content creation including graphic design and video editing skills on Canva & Adobe Suite.
  • Be able to offer proactive creative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time with strong attention to detail.
