Are you a qualified Psychologist looking for a rewarding role where you can truly change lives Were recruiting for a Clinical Educational Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join the team at an independent specialist day school in Hinckley Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs developmental trauma neurodevelopmental conditions and associated challenges.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Deliver specialist psychological assessments formulations and interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Provide consultation training and guidance to staff to ensure clinically informed care.
- Contribute to a joined-up clinical model across schools and childrens homes.
- Support the development of strategies that promote positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Educational Forensic or Counselling Psychologist
- Experience in assessing formulating and delivering interventions for children and young people with complex needs
- Ability to provide consultation and training to staff teams
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Desirable:
- Experience within SEMH or SEND settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and neurodevelopmental conditions
