DescriptionAs a Utilities Dispatch Analyst here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams senior managers and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and youll work out of our Edmonton AB or Markham ON location on a hybrid work schedule.
- Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
In this role you will have a significant impact on enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patterns
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operations
- Work with Inventory Production Reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operations
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- 2 years of experience in data analysis tools and techniques
- 3 years of experience with Work Order Management Systems
- 1 years of experience with Power BI and Excel

- Knowledge of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics Business Analytics)
- Knowledge of industrial automation or related industries
