Job Summary

Position: SAP Ariba Business Systems / Process Improvement Analyst
Location: Hybrid- Oshawa (3 days remote)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:Up to $105.00 p/h inc.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Responsibilities:

Develop standardize and maintain business processes and systems
Define project scope objectives milestones and implementation plans for process improvements.
Lead process change initiatives including training organizational readiness and system upgrades.
Oversee backlog of process change requests and recommend prioritized improvement strategies.
Prepare transition plans from current-state to future-state processes across multiple sites.
Monitor project cost schedule risks and performance; report status and recommend redirection as needed.
Support development of procedures desktop instructions performance measures and training materials.
Coordinate data migration configuration testing and cutover activities from legacy to new systems.
Act as a coach and facilitator supporting a collaborative and accountable team environment.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements:

8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Previous experience as an Ariba business/system administrator
Ability as a Systems Analyst to be able to contribute to process improvment design.
Expertise across the end-to-end Supply Chain lifecycle with emphasis on Procure-to-Pay.
Experience with cost tracking scheduling reporting and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with nuclear operations governance and regulatory environments is an asset.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional process initiatives.
