We are looking for a Sales Assistant as part of our Large National Accounts and Public sales team.

As a Sales Assistant you will assist three sales colleagues in their daily activities related to large private and public clients.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

Daily follow-up with clients and support for client appointments of the account managers by mail and phone.
Daily client administration.
Support for internal projects.
Co-managing the client portfolio.
Update our CRM system (Salesforce).
Follow-up on invoicing.

Temporary (6 months) followed by permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week).
Location: Brussels (Auderghem).
