About this opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing frontline inbound customer support for our customers order requirements across multiple sites.
From answering and resolving their order questions preparing orders and managing stock allocations - there is a lot to do in this busy role.
To be successful in this role you will have a calm and engaging communication style with the ability to communicate across a variety of media platforms. You will enjoy working with a variety of customers over the phone and be confident in making outbound phone calls.
- This position is Part time 30 hours per week (negotiable). Hours: 8.30am to 3pm Mon-Friday
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide prompt professional support for customer inquiries pricing orders and returns via phone email and direct contact.
- Process and allocate daily orders including outbound calls for hires and returns.
- Ensure all order processing meets Viscount quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Complete service and sales administration tasks including scanning documents and updating SAP and Salesforce records.
- Support credit management netting administration and new customer setups.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role youll have:
- Previous call centre and/or customer services experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Empathetic and adaptable interpersonal skills to manage issues and resolutions.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Computer literacy.
- SAP and Sales Force experience preferred
