Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career Join our dynamic Trade Solutions Team as a Phone-Based Account Representative where youll play a key role in growing our commercial customer base through proactive engagement and relationship building.

The role will be servicing Auckland and surrounding areas.

Whats involved:

To support customer satisfaction and sales growth by ensuring end to end servicing of customer accounts over the phone via digital channels
To seek develop and establish business within dedicated segments and account base
Build strong relationships with decision makers via initial cold or warm call
To support stores sales & refer sales to other sales teams
Ensure technical needs specifications and quote timelines are delivered to the customers satisfaction
Keep internal management teams updated of sales activities and forecasts
Achievement of sales targets and adherence to all KPIs

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customers
Proven success in a sales role
Professional engaging telephone manner
Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport
Tenacious positive attitude and results driven
Strong CRM skills
Having an empathetic and methodical sales approach to identify and understand a customers needs
Demonstrateintegrity respect and teamwork in everything you do
