Job Summary
He aha te tūranga - About the role:
Oversee the smooth running of our Papakura Retail Store 9:30 - 3:30 on Saturday working 5.5 hours each week. Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week if required.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shops revenue targets
- Sorting donations and restocking shelves
- Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
- Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
- Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
- Leading and motivating volunteers
**This role is expected to start in mid-January. Interviews are likely to be scheduled for 89 December so please ensure you are available on at least one of those days if you choose to apply.
Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
- Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
- Customer focused with a can-do attitude
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Great interpersonal skills
