Key Objectives
Ensure smooth coordinate on with clients and buyers throughout the auction process.
Drive higher bid values and efficient buyer participation to maximize auction outcomes.
Oversee day-to-day auction-related operations and documentation.
Maintain timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders. Major Deliverables
Coordinate with buyers to ensure active participation and competitive bidding in auctions.
Focus on achieving higher bid values to improve overall sales results.
Handle all operational activities related to auction listings scheduling and execution.
Share regular reports and updates with clients regarding auction status and outcomes.
Manage daily coordination with clients for vehicle listing quote sharing and auction planning.
Ensure timely buyer coordination for vehicle lifting and documentation completion post-auction.
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification: Graduation and Above Years and type of experience: 2 years experience Technical Competencies:
Basic knowledge of the used car/auction process
Report handling and Excel proficiency
Understanding of auction platforms and buyer dynamics
Coordination and documentation skills Behavioural Competencies:
Proactive communication
Customer-focused mindset
Team collaboration
Detail-oriented and organized
Result-driven attitude Languages: English and Regional language
