Youll join the Commercial team at Grab Indonesia especially on GrabAds and Solution Team. This team becoming the client facing unit of Grab to our Clients (B2B) ranging from Merchant Client and Non-Merchant Client proposing solution that matters to the Client helping then growing with Grab Solution especially on GrabAds.
Get to Know the Role
As Head of GrabAds you will lead our commercial strategy and client partnerships across Industries. You will manage a high-performing team of Leads and Key Account Managers ensuring disciplined execution of quarterly commercial goals while shaping long-term strategic partnerships. You will report to the Director of Commercial and the work arrangement is full on-site. You will:
- Influence at the highest levels (C-levels both to Direct Clients and Agencies / Partners)
- Be a key voice in shaping Grabs role in Indonesias digital and regulatory ecosystem.
- Build and grow a talented team in one of Grabs most critical verticals.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Planning on Commercial Sales GrabAds and Solution Core Vertical using deep analytics to forecast market trends and define the long-term growth agenda.
- Lead Commercial Sales GrabAds and promoting the right culture to GrabAds based on 4H Value of Grab
- Become Senior Representatives of GrabAds and Solution Team to external B2B Clients (C-Level) and Agencies / Partners who influence and earn the trust from Key Strategic Clients and Partners
- Execute Sales Discipline in Pipeline Management and Forecast Accuracy and helping the team to close strategic deals (strategic solution integration) and coaching the team to increase business opportunity size with OneGrab Collaboration
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Senior Commercial Leadership: 10 years of progressive leadership with a track record in building scaling and managing P&L for a multi-market digital advertising business.
- Hold min. a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- C-Suite Advisory & Influence: Demonstrated experience being a trusted advisor to C-level executives influencing multi-million-dollar strategic investments and long-term partnership commitments.
- Complex Deal Architecture: Commercial knowledge in architecting and closing high-value multi-stakeholder partnerships (e.g. solution integrations data-sharing) valued in the multi-millions.
- High-Performance Team Development: Ability to recruit mentor and scale high-achieving commercial teams promoting a culture of accountability and high-impact.
- Strategic & Ecosystem Planning: Can balance immediate revenue targets with long-term ecosystem health making data-driven decisions that ensure sustainable multi-year growth.
- Applied AI & Analytics: Hands-on proficiency in applying AI and data analysis tools to unearth critical client insights identify new market opportunities and guide team productivity.
- Matrix & Velocity Management: Ability to navigate and bring results within a high-velocity complex matrix environment and cross-functional dependencies.
