Pay & Benefits
- Pay: up to $19/hour based on skills experience and client/shift needs
- Possible pay differentials for certain overnight or higher-acuity assignments

What Overnight Caregiving Looks Like
As an overnight caregiver you play a critical role in helping clients feel safe comfortable and supported through the night. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing safety supervision and reassurance overnight
- Assisting with toileting repositioning and light personal care as needed
- Preparing light meals or snacks
- Engaging in calm meaningful interaction when clients are awake
- Monitoring and documenting changes in physical condition behavior or needs
- Communicating updates clearly with the office team
Some nights are quiet; others require attentiveness and responsiveness. Comfort working independently is important.

Caregiver Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (we train the right people)
- Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Able to work independently and follow care plans responsibly
- Ability to read write and speak English at an average adult level
- Compassionate respectful and professional with clients and their homes
- Punctual reliable and committed to quality care
