What a Caregiver Does
As a Senior Helpers Caregiver you provide hands-on support that helps clients maintain independence dignity and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:
- Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
- Participating in clients favorite activities and hobbies
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Assisting with walking dressing bathing and daily personal care
- Observing and reporting changes in clients physical condition mood or behavior
- Documenting care provided and communicating updates with the care team

Caregiver Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (we train the right people)
- Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Ability to treat clients with dignity patience and respect
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read write and speak English at an average adult level
- Punctual dependable and committed to high-quality care
