About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a junior-level high-impact role focused on business development and establishing referral partnerships with doctors offices. The ideal candidate is a confident charismatic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a strong foundational understanding of modern sales technology especially AI.

Role Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily high-volume outreach (approximately 5070 contacts per day) using a multi-channel approach: telephonic calls email and fax/brochure distribution.
  • Partnership Development: Proactively identify contact and secure referral partnerships with medical offices and clinics.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-distance relationships to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Tech Stack Utilization: Utilize AI tools and other modern tech stacks effectively to enhance outreach personalize communications and improve efficiency.
  • Marketing Integration: Leverage digital outreach channels including LinkedIn and social media in conjunction with traditional methods.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12 years of proven success in a pure Sales or Business Development role preferably in an Inside Sales capacity.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the confidence and charisma required for effective telephonic outreach.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Mandatory: Demonstrable hands-on experience and proficiency with Pipedrive CRM.
    • Mandatory: Strong understanding and practical application of AI tools (e.g. Claude advanced prompting) for sales efficiency and data work going beyond basic chat functionalities.
  • Location/Schedule: Must be available to work 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) and be located within a compatible time zone (e.g. Latin America US time zones).
  • Work Ethic: Results-oriented self-starter capable of managing a high volume of daily contacts and pushing deals across the line.
