About the Role
We are hiring a Senior IT Engineer for an onsite position at a large enterprise organization.
The Senior IT Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting the organizations hybrid IT infrastructure including Azure cloud services M365 suite network & server operations IT security controls and end-user computing VC Setup. The role includes operational excellence through the ITSM/ticketing system Change Management to ensure seamless IT service delivery in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Azure cloud environment (VMs AD Connect backups monitoring).
Handle Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Teams SharePoint Intune).
Maintain on-prem infrastructure: Windows Server AD DNS DHCP.
Troubleshoot and manage network devices (firewalls switches VPN).
Implement IT security controls (MFA Defender Conditional Access).
Manage ITSM tickets (incidents problems changes).
- Support ISO 27001:2022 and SEBI CSCRF compliance through system hardening and evidence collection.
- Manage privileged access workflows (e.g. FortiPAM Azure PIM).
Provide L2/L3 support for users systems and VC/meeting room setups.
- Manage privileged access workflows (e.g. FortiPAM Azure PIM).
- Support Teams/Zoom/Webex VC rooms AV systems and meeting connectivity.
Maintain documentation patching and overall system health.
Maintain endpoint compliance and asset inventory
