Quality Control Engineer - Patel Chowk Atika
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Patel Chowk this pivotal role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained for our products and processes. Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports on defects and non-conformance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
- Monitor and audit production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze quality trends and improve processes.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control techniques and standards.
- Review and enhance existing quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
- Proactively recommend improvements to the quality management system.
- Assist in the development of new product quality specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.g. ISO Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in statistical process control and quality measurement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Certification in quality control (CQE CQA etc.) is a plus.
