Manufacturing Recruiter (temporary position)

Location: Hendersonville NC
Pay Range: $25-35/hour Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Kyocera International Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter (temporary) to join our team and help us attract top talent across a wide range of positionsfrom entry-level Operators to technical Sales and Engineering roles. What Youll Do

• Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates: Use creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates through job boards networking and hiring events.
• Screen and interview: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Guide candidates from application through onboarding.
• Build relationships: Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on manufacturing recruitment best practices and workforce trends.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in HR or Business preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
