Job Summary
Job Title: Gas Station / Service Center Manager
Salary: $50000 Yearly Salary
Location: Cleveland Ohio
Hours: Full-time availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of the gas station and service center
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Manage inventory levels ordering supplies as needed
Supervise schedule and train employees to maintain high performance
Monitor sales and profitability implementing strategies to improve revenue
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Handle basic bookkeeping including cash handling and transaction records
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in high volume gas station or service station
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in handling inventory and cash management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with POS systems a plus
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable detail-oriented and customer-focused
Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule
