Reporting to the Wind Sales Operations Leader this role will be responsible for leading the ideation development and maintenance of all commercial analytics in collaboration with Commercial leadership. This role will also be focused supporting commercial strategic and tactical tools management including supporting day-to-day Commercial tool function and relationship with Digital Technology partners.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and maintenance of all commercial analytics.

  • Use lean methodologies to aid in development and tracking of Commercial KPIs.

  • Own and development the strategic communication of analytics on a regular basis supporting both transactional and business leadership operations.

  • Support the Commercial Tools suite including CRM CPQ Price analytics tools and Tableau.

  • Promote and support future Gen or Agentic AI tools by interfacing with Digital Technology counterparts providing leadership in development priority and Commercial team training and support.

  • Support initiatives to plan the future state of the Commercial Tools Suite to ensure best-in-class sales enablement through technology.

  • Candidate in this position will be required to work comfortably in all the Commercial tools that are used and support any tactical upgrades required.

  • Operates with a Lean mindset and implements lean problem solving when developing analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a technical or analytic field OR a high school diploma / GED equivalency with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in comparable job functions.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and analytics preferably around pricing cost delivery financials

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $128400.00 and $213900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
