Job Summary
Your mission
- Own and run the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to signed offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and hiring needs.
- Develop and manage job descriptions job postings and recruiting campaigns.
- Build talent pipelines across DeepTech roles from tech to operations to science.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage and optimize our recruiting tools (e.g. Personio LinkedIn etc.).
- Track metrics and continuously improve our hiring approach.
- Represent Impossible Founders as a thoughtful inspiring and values-driven employer.
Your profile
- Experience in recruiting ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment.
- Youre a strong communicator with an eye for talent and team fit.
- You know how to work fast stay organized and handle multiple roles in parallel.
- Youre familiar with modern recruiting tools and techniques as well as DEI hiring strategies.
- You enjoy working autonomously and take ownership from day one.
- You believe that recruiting is not just filling roles - its building the future of a
- company.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Bonus: experience with DeepTech profiles and employer branding.
