Job Summary
In this role youll be the first point of contact for customers helping them navigate issues answering inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a smooth positive experience at every touchpoint.

Your Responsibilities...
- You will respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person channels.
- You will resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- You will provide accurate information about products services and platform features.
- You will log and track customer interactions using internal CRM tools.
- You will ensure professional courteous and timely service delivery at all times.
- You will maintain a clean presentable appearance while representing the company.
To be considered for this role you should have
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- Previous customer service experience ideally within fintech banking or related industries.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Personable well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Strong attention to detail and a calm helpful attitude.
