Service Designer

About the role:

Our client is looking for a seasoned Service Designer with extensive experience in operating model (Op Model) design and implementation.

In this position you will be tasked with crafting and enhancing comprehensive service experiences ensuring they align with our clients business strategies operational efficiencies and customer requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design implement and refine service models that deliver significant results.

The Successful candidate

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team tackling complex business challenges alongside other builders and thinkers from different backgrounds in AI IoT and robotics quantum and blockchain.

A successful candidate will have solid experience developing key insights about diverse audiences and able to do segmentation by needs.

Strong experience in customer op model design implementation inc. development and roll out of agile ways of working
Strong experience in leading teams to deliver customer services and effecting process cultural and service change
Expertise in development of agile delivery methodologies tools processes and governance.

Whats on offer

This contract is available for an initial 3 months with likely extensions.

Located in Perth with a Hybrid working arrangement.
