Job Summary
Star Group is Powering Up New Service Projects Join Us as an Electrical Service Technician!
Star Group is seeking experienced Electrical Service Technicians to join our growing Service Division supporting a strong pipeline of commercial and retail works including the Castle Towers Shopping Centre redevelopment.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor delivering high-quality service upgrades and minor project works across various commercial environments. Youll be part of a supportive team working on well-managed sites with a focus on safety quality and professionalism.

What Youll Be Working On
- Minor projects upgrades and service works within shopping centres and commercial facilities
- Installation testing and commissioning of lighting power and control systems
- MSB works cable tray installation and electrical upgrades
- Fault finding repairs and client liaison for reactive and planned service works
- Ongoing support across a growing pipeline of Service Division projects
What Were Looking For
- NSW trade-qualified electrician or licensed electrical technician
- Strong background in commercial projects and service environments
- Comfortable working at heights (EWP or working at heights ticket desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Safety-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
This position will be paid under the Sydney Service Enterprise Agreement.
