Job Summary
Pay Range:
$34.00 - $51.00A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
Positions Specifics:
Department: Medical/Surgical
Core Function: Nursing Students
Schedule: Full time 36 hrs/wk Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) Weekend and holiday rotation
Facility: St. Anthonys Hospital
Location: Effingham IL
Sign On Bonus: $10000 for approved units

Additional Requirement: Must graduate from an accredited nursing program by Summer 2026; candidates may begin as a Nurse Extern II and transition to a New Grad RN upon licensure Job Description Summary
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
