Saint Alphonsus Health System Idahos only hospital system recognized by Forbes as one of Americas Best Large Employers for 2025 is looking for a Graduate Nurse to join our Heart and Vascular Step-Down unit at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise Idaho.
This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.
Incentives Available: Sign on bonus Relocation

Why this role is for you:
In this role youll be part of a dedicated team that supports patients through complex procedures such as chest and thoracic aneurysm repair vascular thoracotomy and lung resection. Youll provide intermediate-level care with a strong emphasis on continuous monitoring and timely interventions.
Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure exceptional outcomes from hands-on care to educating patients for long-term wellness.
What to expect:
Play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
Use your expertise compassion and commitment to patient centered care to make a significant impact on the lives of patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform necessary procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness
Document patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth transition
Be part of a tight knit team with strong leadership that offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
