Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies for gold diamonds gemstones and related raw materials.
Identify evaluate and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms to optimize cost and quality.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and sales schedules.
Monitor market trends price fluctuations and supplier performance.
Collaborate with design production and finance teams for seamless material flow.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical sourcing standards.
Lead and mentor the procurement team for efficiency and accountability.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of jewellery materials (gold diamonds precious stones).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Analytical mindset with understanding of market dynamics and costing.
ERP and inventory management proficiency.
Leadership and communication abilities.

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
Certification in procurement (CIPS or equivalent) preferred.
