What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls for recalls past-due services and declined work
- Handle customer payments and repair orders
- Manage our loaner vehicle fleet
- Answer phones direct customers and follow up promptly
- Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Team player with a professional appearance
- Must be 18 and available MondayFriday (some Saturdays)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
