Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting preventive maintenance and repair tasks across plumbing piping mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and piping system issues.
Perform mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks.
Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Inspect and maintain tools equipment and facility systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to safety protocols and company maintenance standards.
Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting:
Plumbing systems
Piping systems
Mechanical tasks
Basic electrical tasks
Must have experience in implementing preventive maintenance measures.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
Good understanding of safety practices.
