Job Summary

Job Purpose:
Responsible for supervising and executing mechanical works at site for core building projects ensuring quality safety and timely delivery as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation of HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems at site.
Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and other trades for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with drawings specifications and safety standards.
Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports.
Support testing & commissioning activities and assist in project handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3–6 years of site experience in MEP contracting.
Strong exposure to core building projects (residential commercial or high-rise).
Knowledge of standards (ASHRAE NFPA SMACNA etc.).
