Job Description
Marketing & Communication
- Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with admissions targets.
- Maintain and regularly update the schools social media and digital presence.
- Create content for newsletters brochures banners videos and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the schools Jain ethos and academic values.
- Support admission counsellors and collaborate with administrative teams.
- Liaise with academic finance and other departments for smooth admissions.
- Track and report admissions trends and marketing performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material and execution.
Admissions Support
- Collaborate with the admissions team to drive enrolment campaigns.
- Follow up with leads from calls emails walk-ins and events.
- Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate conversion tracking.
- Review applications and verify documentation.
- Assist parents in completing required admission formalities.
- Participate in parent feedback and perception sessions.
Event Coordination
- Plan and manage school events such as open houses fairs and outreach activities.
- Handle logistical requirements for all events and activities.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials like brochures leaflets and digital content.
- Represent the school during external initiatives and maintain stakeholder relations.
Public Relations
- Build strong relationships with local media community leaders and key stakeholders.
- Work with the Principal to gather parent and community feedback.
Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
- Monitor competitor schools marketing initiatives and benchmark best practices.
- Gather and analyse parent feedback to improve campaigns and messaging.
