We are now seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Brisbane office in January 2026. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive people-focused environment.
As a Graduate Structural Engineer at STP Consultants youll gain hands-on experience across health education commercial residential and community projects. You will:
Assist in designing structural systems in concrete steel and timber.
Prepare calculations drawings and technical documentation.
Contribute to projects from concept design through to construction.
Use software such as Structural Toolkit RAPT SpaceGass and Inducta Suite.
Collaborate with architects builders and multidisciplinary teams.
Attend site visits client meetings and contribute to feasibility studies.
Work on technically diverse and innovative projects shaping the built environment.

About You

A Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) completed within the last year or due by the end of 2025.
Eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia.

Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
A proactive mindset creative thinking and the drive to succeed on challenging real-world projects.
