About Us
Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Physicians Assistants Licensed Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We focus on continuity of carenot triageensuring our patients receive comprehensive and compassionate services to achieve their best quality of life.
What Youll Do
- Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
to set/manage treatment plans
- Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
- Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPCs behavioral health team
- Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oklahoma
- Psychiatric/mental health experience
- Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable traveling locally
