Job Summary

Cafeteria Program Food Helper (5.75 Hours Per Day)

Desired Qualifications May Include Any or All Of The Following

High School diploma or GED preferred;
Compliance with testing and/or certifications as required by the state health department or the district (successful completion required for continued employment);

Familiar with Health Department rules and regulations;
Ability to lift 10 30 lbs. on a regular basis;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to interact with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction;
Prepare food in accordance with Chartwells standards;
Maintain proper and accurate records including daily production records and charts;
Responsible for ensuring proper presentation standard portion control
and maintenance of proper serving temperatures (hot and cold);

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Regular and consistent attendance;
Support cook and administrative staff as needed.
