Job Summary
Job Connect is recruiting skilled Production Machine Operators with valid forklift tickets to join a respected international manufacturer in Wacol. This is a stable long-term opportunity with structured training strong safety standards and the security of full-time employment from day one.
About the Opportunity
This role suits operators with experience in batch production mixing blending or processing who can produce consistent high-quality products in bulk quantities. Youll be joining a global leader in the building supplies industry working in a modern well-supported production environment.
Ideal applicants will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing batch production or processing
- Ability to complete manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kg)
- Current forklift licence with confident operating experience
- Strong focus on quality accuracy and safety procedures
- Reliable committed and interested in long-term full-time work

- Full-time 8-month contract with a view to permanent employment
- $34.00 per hour overtime
- Direct employment not labour hire
- Day shift role with 6:00am start (no rotating rosters)

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate blending mixing and production machinery for bulk manufacturing
- Follow the Production Plan to maintain product consistency
- Complete required quality assurance checks and production documentation
- Liaise with lab technicians regarding product specifications and quality
- Load raw materials into hoppers (up to 20kg)
- Use forklifts to move stack and store finished goods safely
