Description

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry is seeking candidates for a temporary Sr. Admitting Clerk.
This position is not benefit eligible.
Availability starting at 7 am M-F.



Responsibilities

Cashiering duties and daily deposits; patient registration-create charts and collect required documentation; Customer service-multi line phones appointment scheduling front facing interactions with patients students and staff; Availability starting at 7 am M-F.



Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma.

Computer proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Must have excellent phone etiquette verbal communication skills and can multitask. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.
