Tooele Motor Company is looking for an experiencedhigh performing and innovative individual for the position of Used Vehicle Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing used vehicle sales and maximize the profitability of the used vehicle department. Our Vision Statement To be so effective that we are able to be helpful to others is paramount in this position.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and sell used vehiclesin a profitable manner
- Manage and maintain used vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply and proper pricing
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and other industry professionals
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the sales of used vehicles
- Train sales staff to ensure they have the proper skills to present and sell used vehicles effectively
- Other duties assigned by General Manager
Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Can use Vauto to its fullest capacity (stocking appraising market pricing merchandising etc)
- Familiar with auctions (in-person and online)
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Pay depends on experience
