About the Role
Were building the future of our Admin UI for Messenger and Knowledge Portal Client applications high-impact tools used by customers around the world and built on top of public web deployment APIs.
The Impact:
This web application is used by enterprise customers worldwide to configure and deploy web messaging solutions
Youll work on features that directly impact customer engagement experiences across millions of web interactions
The codebase handles complex configuration management with versioning draft/publish workflows and multi-domain deployments
Performance and reliability are critical as this is an admin tool used by customer service teams daily
As a Staff Software Engineer (Frontend focus) youll lead the technical direction of our Angular-based applications shaping architecture performance and developer experience. While your core expertise will be in Angular TypeScript and modern web frameworks experience with serverless backend development (AWS Lambda ) is a big plus.
Youll drive design excellence mentor other engineers and collaborate closely with UX and product teams to deliver polished high-performing experiences.
What Youll Do
Lead architecture decisions for a large-scale Angular SPA
Design and implement complex form workflows (multi-step wizards configuration management)
Build modern scalable UIs using Angular TypeScript RxJS and Angular Material
Drive front-end best practices for performance modularity and maintainability
Integrate with RESTful APIs handling configuration deployments and knowledge management
Collaborate across teams to integrate with APIs and backend services
Establish and maintain code quality standards review processes and architectural guidelines
Drive adoption of best practices: dependency injection service patterns and testability
Refactor legacy code while maintaining backward compatibility
Mentor engineers and influence front-end standards across the organization
Contribute to end-to-end development using AWS Lambda API Gateway V2 and (as a plus).
Required skillsets (Must-Have)
Deep expertise in Angular 15 TypeScript 4 and RxJS 6.
Expertise in Angular LTS (Long Term Support) version.
Experience with Angular Material v15 and component-driven UI design.
Familiarity with Genesys Spark v4 and Iframe-coordinator v6 (nice to have).
Strong testing background: Jasmine Karma and Playwright.
Backend / Full stack (Bonus)
Experience with and TypeScript backend development.
Familiarity with AWS Lambda and API Gateway V2.
Understanding serverless patterns and CI/CD workflows.
What You Bring
8 years of experience in software engineering with 3 years in a staff-level or technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in Angular (v15 and LTS) with proven experience in large-scale SPAs
Strong TypeScript skills
Expertise in RxJS patterns: observables operators BehaviorSubjects and reactive programming
Strong testing mindset: unit integration and E2E testing strategies
Proven expertise in modern front-end architecture and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and design skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
Ability to mentor lead and elevate the front-end craft across teams.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus: Experience with internationalization (i18n) and accessibility (WCAG) standards
