CSG is expanding its teams in Brazil. These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSGs cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. One exciting opportunity is for a Software Development Manager with experience in managing development teams to join our growing organization.

As a leader in a dynamic agile environment you will champion a culture of continuous learning accountability and team empowerment. You will ensure adherence to industry-leading practices for automated testing and continuous integration. We seek a manager with a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver scalable maintainable enterprise-grade products and who brings a forward-thinking pragmatic approach to driving quality and technological excellence.

We are looking for a Manager of Software Development who will:

• Lead software developmentteams including mentoring and performance management

• Develop operational plans that align with functional strategies and corporate standards

• Define project objectives scope and deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management QAand Architecture

• Lead delivery execution address cross-team challenges and resolve dependencies

• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure adherence to coding standards quality assurance processes and security policies

• Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelors degreein Computer Sciencerelated field or equivalent experience

• 2 years of managerial experience in software development

• Familiarity with cloud-native development CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development

• Budget management and strategic planning capabilities

• Experience with Agile project management software development lifecycle and risk management

• Experience building and leading engineering teams

• Experienceworking in a global or distributed team environment

• Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to workin a CLT contract position

• Ability to read write speak and understandthe Englishlanguage in a business environment
