Were now looking for someone who can take ownership of B2B outreach funnels and client acquisition and turn our positioning into consistent inbound and outbound opportunities.
The Role
This role exists for one reason: bring qualified companies into the Techifide pipeline.
You will design execute and optimise multi-channel B2B outreach funnels that consistently generate sales conversations with decision-makers (Founders CEOs CTOs Heads of Engineering Product or Operations).
You wont be guessing. Youll be testing measuring iterating and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Funnels
- Design and run end-to-end B2B acquisition funnels (awareness conversation qualified opportunity)
- Own outbound strategies across:
- LinkedIn (organic Sales Navigator)
- Email outreach
- Light paid campaigns (where relevant)
- Build messaging that resonates with AEC software companies startups and scale-ups
Outreach Execution
- Define ICPs and buyer personas with leadership
- Create outreach sequences cadences and follow-ups
- Book qualified discovery calls not vanity meetings
- Continuously test subject lines hooks CTAs and angles
Data Tracking & Optimisation
- Track funnel performance: response rates booked calls conversion to opportunities
- Improve results through structured experimentation
- Maintain a clean CRM and outreach system (no chaos)
Collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO and Recruitment Director
- Align messaging with Techifides positioning and long-term strategy
- Feed insights back into sales marketing and brand content
What Were Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or growth
- Hands-on experience building and running outbound funnels
- Experience selling or marketing services (not just SaaS)
- Comfortable selling high-value long-term engagements
Skills
- Strong copywriting for B2B outreach (clear direct non-spammy)
- Deep understanding of funnels pipelines and conversion
- Confident using tools like:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM systems
- Email automation tools
- Data-driven mindset - opinions backed by numbers
Mindset
- You care about outcomes not activity for the sake of it
- Youre comfortable working with senior decision-makers
- You challenge ideas and bring better ones to the table
