E-Commerce Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled and committed person to take commercial responsibility for Telias e-commerce channels.

Im Johan Gotteberg Head of E-Commerce and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking E-Commerce team that works very cross-functionally with several key parts of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous insight-driven development of the customer journeys and customer experiences in close collaboration with UX CX developer team market product and others

• Operate optimize and manage paid search channels cost-effectively and in line with Telias overall goals

• Optimizing our smart data strategy based on our 1st party data as well as coordinating ordering and aligning segments that can be used in our digital marketing and sales channels.

• Follow up on results analyze data and use these insights for strategies funnels and testing

• Contribute to CRO initiatives in various channels to optimize customer journeys and improve sales.

• Personalization based on large and sometimes complex segments

• Being a key stakeholder in several cross-functional new and ongoing projects within the organisation

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Relevant education in marketing economics or similar

• 4 years experience with e-commerce and/or digital marketing

• Experience with SEM

• Good understanding of CRO and data analytics with tools like Google Analytics

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work insight-driven

• Good collaboration skills and experience in working cross-functionally
