Part-Time Nursery Manager

Hours per week Approximately 25 Hours per Week
Salary: 20000 - 25000

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to help lead their friendly early years team on a part-time basis. As Nursery Manager youll have the autonomy and support to lead confidently contribute your ideas and make a lasting impact.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5 or above preferred).
  • At least 2 years management experience within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of EYFS Ofsted frameworks safeguarding and child development.
  • Confident leader with proven ability to motivate inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm reflective and approachable leadership style with a genuine passion for early education.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
  • Inspire support and mentor the nursery team to deliver excellent early years practice.
  • Maintain full compliance with Ofsted EYFS and safeguarding standards.
  • Oversee planning audits staffing schedules and resource management.
  • Build strong positive relationships with children parents and carers promoting open communication and trust.
  • Monitor and drive occupancy and business growth contributing to the nurserys development and reputation.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping health and safety compliance and continuous improvement across all areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the owners and leadership team to achieve shared goals.
