Part-Time Nursery Manager
Hours per week Approximately 25 Hours per Week
Salary: 20000 - 25000
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to help lead their friendly early years team on a part-time basis. What Were Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5 or above preferred).
- At least 2 years management experience within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong working knowledge of EYFS Ofsted frameworks safeguarding and child development.
- Confident leader with proven ability to motivate inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Calm reflective and approachable leadership style with a genuine passion for early education.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Inspire support and mentor the nursery team to deliver excellent early years practice.
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted EYFS and safeguarding standards.
- Oversee planning audits staffing schedules and resource management.
- Build strong positive relationships with children parents and carers promoting open communication and trust.
- Monitor and drive occupancy and business growth contributing to the nurserys development and reputation.
- Ensure accurate record keeping health and safety compliance and continuous improvement across all areas.
- Work collaboratively with the owners and leadership team to achieve shared goals.
