Job Summary
Join the #1 GM dealership in Middle Tennessee Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville! We currently have ONE opportunity for the right candidate to join our service family as a Customer Service Representative / Loaner Fleet Coordinator. Youll be working with our valued customers during service visits to include opening and closing loaner agreements cashiering and reception as well as performing administration tasks in respect to maintenance of our loaner fleet. Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet our guest with a welcoming approach
- Direct guests as appropriate
- Open and close loaner agreements
- Multitask in an extremely busy environment
- Function as a liaison between the guest and their primary service representative
