Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries including phone calls emails and in-person interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns
- Assist customers with inquiries about properties listings and other real estate services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
